How does this all work?

Good question! Being a Virtual Assistant means that I can help you with different aspects of your business. If something is taking up your time, hand it off to me and free up some of your time!

The hourly rate is charged per hour, with a minimum 5 hour deposit / down payment. Every other package includes a specified amount of hours, with the hourly rate being charged on the overage of hours.

How does this all work?

Good question! Everything offered on Cat Lady Creates is made using print-on-demand service. That means that when you order your item, the order is sent to a manufacturer, who makes the item. When the item is ready, the manufacturer ships the item directly to you. 

Your site isn't working! What the heck?

Thanks for making that discovery for us! Sometimes, the site may experience some down time. If you are having trouble with your check out, please let us know as soon as possible at pixelandlink@gmail.com! 

My discount code didn't work?

Discount codes are entered at the end of your order during the check out process. Enter the code and hit "Apply". Please note that discount codes are case sensitive. If the discount code still isn't working, please let us know at pixelandlink@gmail.com so that we can get your order processed with the discount applied. Please email us before payment. If you email us after the order is paid for, a refund needs to be issued which can take processing time.

What if I want a return or exchange?

No problemo. You have 30 days to return or exchange what you buy. Send us an email at pixelandlink@gmail.com with the subject line "Return" or "Exchange". We will work through the process with you via email. You can find more specific details in our Refund Policy.

What about shipping?

Shipping is based on what you choose at check out. This information is forwarded to the manufacturer, who will then ship the item based on what you chose. You can check shipping times here: Estimated shipping times

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping for this product is fulfilled by a print-on-demand service based in the USA. This order may be subject to additional charges from the shipping service/post office, such as duties. These fees are based on the shipping service, so all inquiries must be directed to them. Thanks for understanding!

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or items that are lost during transport must be submitted as soon as possible. There is a 4 week window after the product has been received by you that allows us to contact the printing company for compensation.

How will I know the sizes of the items on my order?

Each listing should have a sizing chart listed in the product description. if you don't see a sizing chart on the item, please email pixelandlink@gmail.com so that we can add the chart to the listing.
